Original site text, layout and newly produced assets are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Historic photographs are preserved from the former La Vista Pansol website; preservation does not by itself expand or transfer underlying rights.

Reporting a concern

Send a request to server@lavistapansolresort.com with your name, contact method, the exact page and asset URL, the work you believe is affected, the basis of your claim and the action requested. Do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.

Review process

The material and available provenance will be reviewed. When a concern appears credible, an asset may be temporarily restricted while the facts are checked. The site may remove, replace, credit or retain the material depending on the evidence and applicable rights.

Good-faith requests

Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims or requests intended to suppress accurate criticism or public information. Formal statutory notice or counter-notice language is not asserted here because the operator jurisdiction has not been independently confirmed.

Historic-media provenance

The image archive was recovered from the former website and selected at the user’s request for continuity. Each published master has an inventory record linking it to its legacy path, intended use and responsive derivatives. That chain helps identify where a file came from, but it is not a declaration that every underlying copyright or personality right has been conclusively resolved.

Information needed for review

A useful notice identifies the claimant, the original work, the precise site URL, the exact image or passage, the rights asserted and the requested outcome. If acting for another person or organization, explain the authority to do so. A signature, government identification or confidential contract should not be emailed unless a secure and proportionate verification method has first been agreed.

Possible outcomes

Depending on the evidence, the site may add or correct attribution, replace a derivative, limit public access, remove an asset, preserve it while seeking clarification, or decline an unsupported request. Removing one delivery copy may not immediately erase backup records or cached copies controlled by third parties. Search-engine cache removal is controlled by the relevant search provider.

Privacy and people in photographs

A person shown in an historic image may raise a privacy or safety concern even when they do not own the photograph. Explain the image, the person’s connection and the risk created by continued display. Such requests are reviewed separately from false copyright claims. Send them to server@lavistapansolresort.com with the minimum personal information needed to locate the material.
